The Department of State and the Bureau of Overseas Building Operations announced the New U.S. Embassy Compound in Seoul, Korea. The multi-building complex will be situated on the Old Camp Coiner site in the northern Yongsan Garrison.

Seoul Metropolitan Government announced the Urban Management Plan (U.S. Embassy District Unit Plan) in November 2021 and OBO awarded the Site Service for the New Embassy Compound including Embassy Annex and Embassy Housing.

Collaboration with Cherokee Federal and RA Federal in USA, APPIA provides the PM service for the NEC project in accordance with the relocation of Yongsan Garrison and the Yongsan National Park Development Plan.
